Refund Policy
Last updated · applies to Arrow Puzzle 2.0.0 and the website
In plain language
Nothing costs money, so nothing can be charged or refunded.
This box is a summary for convenience. The sections below are the operative text.
There is nothing to pay
Arrow Puzzle is free. All 1000 levels, the hint system, the drop codes and the browser extension cost nothing.
Because no money changes hands, there is nothing that can be charged and therefore nothing that can be refunded. This page exists so you do not have to wonder.
What this means in practice
- There is no purchase, one-off or otherwise.
- There is no subscription, trial or renewal.
- There are no in-app purchases, coins, gems or premium currency.
- There are no paid hints, paid lives or paid level unlocks.
- There is no paid tier, and no features are held back behind one.
- We do not collect card details, and we have no payment processor.
- There are no adverts, so there is no ad-free upgrade to sell.
Drop codes look like the sort of thing a game would charge for. They are free, they always have been, and you can generate one whenever you like from the drop tokens page.
If someone asks you to pay
Since we never ask for payment, any site, listing, message or app that asks you to pay for Arrow Puzzle, for drop codes, or for unlocking levels is not us.
The only official places to get the game are this website and, once the listings are live, the Chrome Web Store and Microsoft Edge Add-ons pages we link to from the home page.
If you come across something impersonating us, please tell us at support@iamtac.com so we can report it.
If that ever changes
We have no plans to charge for the game. If that ever changed, anything you had already unlocked would stay unlocked, this page would be rewritten with a real refund process before any payment was possible, and the change would be recorded in the changelog.
